ABT-1500 floor grinding machine embarksa new era of the working way for floor grinding and polishing jobs. Thegrinder is grinding head consists of two modified HTG-800 heads, the grindingwidth is 1550mm and the motors are 18.5kW each that is incredibly effective andgrinds large areas in a short time, which means huge time-savings for theclient.
1.Largecrossing between disks
The machine is equipped with two bigplanetary gearboxes, so it has all the advantages of traditional planetarygrinders, and the crossing between the two gearboxes up to 86mm, which will notleave a gap after working, and larger working width makes better flat floors.
2.3Dhovering technology
PID control from the hydraulic systemand pressure sensor, keeps the grinding pressures consistent. And because ofthe hydraulic lifting system, we can raise the grinding heads easily and changethe tools quickly.
